Founded in New York State in 1972, Davco
Inc. is a corporation that specializes in building restoration, plant
maintenance, industrial coatings, and every type of waterproofing situation
for residential and commercial use. In addition, we offer full masonry and
painting services.
Over the past 28 years, Davco has built its
reputation in the Capital Region based on honesty and knowledge. Our
employees have work experience of over 45 years in all fields of
construction, restoration and maintenance.

Davco has successfully brought many
industrial, commercial and residential projects to completion over the
years. More notably, we have completed restoration projects at the Cargill
Flour Plant, U-Haul Distribution Centers, Albany International, and the
former Montgomery Ward and the Cluett and Peabody buildings.
As upstanding members of the community,
Davco maintains affiliations with various engineering, architectural and
government agencies as well as being an active member of the Albany-Colonie
Regional Chamber of Commerce.
